1. Your Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an account on Groweno, accessing our website, or using any of our services (including mobile app guides, community features, or transaction facilitation), you agree to be bound by this Agreement. This is a legally binding contract.

If you do not agree, you must not use our services. Your continued use after any changes we make to these terms constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or through a prominent notice on the platform.

Constraint: We cannot recover deleted accounts. Data loss due to user negligence is not covered.

If you share your login to access a friend's recommended gaming app, any purchases or actions taken are considered yours. We base access on the account, not the individual device. This is crucial for Turkish families sharing devices.

2.2 Service Usage & Prohibited Conduct

Our platform facilitates discovery and guides for gaming apps. You may not use our services for illegal activities, including but not limited to: fraud, money laundering, or circumventing app store regional restrictions (e.g., using VPNs to download apps unavailable in Turkey). You may not scrape our data or use bots to automate interactions.

Why This Matters

Actions that violate app store terms (e.g., Apple's or Google's policies) can get your account banned permanently. Our role is to guide you within the legal framework, not provide shortcuts that risk your access to gaming ecosystems.

2.3 Payments & Transactions

Groweno may process transactions through third-party gateways (e.g., Papara, Ininal, credit cards). We act as a facilitator. Final refund or dispute resolution policies are governed by the app store and your payment provider. We do not store full payment card data; our partners handle PCI compliance.

3. Intellectual Property & User-Generated Content

3.1 Our Property

All content created by Groweno—guides, reviews, interface designs, code, and logos—is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without express written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.

3.2 Your Content

When you post comments, reviews, or share strategies in our community areas, you grant Groweno a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and modify that content for platform improvement. You retain ownership. We may remove content that violates these terms.

4. Liability & Service Limitations

4.1 "As Is" Service

Groweno is a tool, not a guarantee. We provide information and facilitation. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or profitability of any gaming app. Your success is dependent on your actions, market conditions, and luck.

4.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Turkish law, Groweno’s total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or 100 TL if no payment was made).

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or account bans resulting from actions taken via our guidance.

4.3 Third-Party Links & Apps

Our guides may link to external app stores or payment providers. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or functionality. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

5. Termination & Contact Information

5.1 Termination

You may delete your account at any time via the app settings. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these terms or engage in illegal activity. Termination does not relieve you of outstanding payment obligations.

5.2 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Istanbul.
